Returns/Exchanges
Brown Sheep Company, Inc. will exchange any item(s) for a product of equal value (ie. a different color of yarn). Brown Sheep Company will not issue monetary refunds.

 

How to Return Your Item
Contact orders@brownsheep.com to request an exchange. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please include in your e-mail which item(s) you
would like to replace your returned item(s).

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the proof of purchase (e-mail confirmation including order number).

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you via e-mail of the status of the items you’ve requested for exchange. Cost of shipping for the exchange item(s) will be of no charge to the customer.
